All, I think I found out what it is... That ip is from a military computer the IT's from the Navy are logging on to see what we are doing and if they should shut the site down... That is the best guess I have.... I have delete both accounts.. Next time a member does not put an actually vehicle I am deleting there account..

Gibs is correct. The IP for the Justin will always match Emilio. The first time they actually post somewhere, you'll catch the actual IP.
