Well guys I really have no idea how to go about it except to call them and ask them nicely to change there name. As far as our name is concerned we may have to take a round turn on it. What we did this back in the days was used the Poor Man Copyright for our name. If anyone knows the proper purcedure to copyright our names please let me now....
