I don't know if i am blind and just missed it. But i noticed that there was not a car audio section on the wicked stangs website. if there is not a car audio section onthe website i think it would be a great addition to website for people to ask questions or just show off there new installs.

Sounds good I would aventually like to up grade to a DVD/NAV system maybe tv's in head rest and replace all my factory speakers but... More intrested in speed for now

I used to have a 7" flip out dvd/gps/nav touchscreen in my escort. But my dog was riding with me one day, and on the way home from the dog park, a red light runner made me slam on my brakes and my dog flew into the screen cracking it and snapping it off....
It went in the trash since it was only about 200 more for a brand new one + new warranty. I still haven't gotten one since I'm not working now.

codak619, i'm lookin at replaceing my mach 460 system. is it better to stay with one brand for speaker/sub and amp or to mix. i'm converting my highs/mids from factory 5x7 to 6 1/2 componets and i whant to run 1 12" sub. i already have a 08' pioneer 6000 head unit.

Fangs99 it really is a matter of preference. What i reccomend is that what ever amps u want to buy match thoes same brand and series and ur mids for the front and back can be another brand. I would try to match the subs to what ever amps u buy but it not mandatory that they match.
When building a system its kind of hard to make it all one brand and i never go with just one brand because it is expensive and its hard to find a company who's product line is great in every area. different companies specialize and focus in different areas. Like pioneer makes great radio's but there subwoofers aren't that great unless it their top of the line woofer.

what do you know about www.onlinecarsterio.com are they safe to buy stuff from. they have some really good stuff for really cheap. like the alpine type r 12" sub goes for $129 and it's 200-250 depending on where you buy it.
