Here is an example of one design I did real quick before when I was gonna make one. Kinkos can print for about 50 and then the board itself you can get at the dollar store....trim to fit and there you have it.......

Mine was a first attempt at which point I said I think I will wait until all visual mods are done to do a good one......

You can also do a google search and find a better product for alot less than 250......couple buddies in WA paid like 125 and theirs were awesome.

Kinkos is the way to go for ease. Put together a really nice high-res design, burn it on CD or on a thumb drive and tell them what size you want it to be printed on the plotter. And they have different qualities of paper and coatings. That and a can of spraymount and a board and you've done it for $50 or LESS!
And if you need to update, just glue the NEW print over the old one!
