changing spark plugs and wires.....

has anyone out there done it? how involved is it? how would you reccomend going about it. or would you reccomend just taking it to a shop to be done.

no problem man,,, its less than a ten min job!! a nice extention, spark plug socet, and a drive!! pull em and replace em!! dont forget to gap em!! if you need any help ask around,,, there are plenty of people, including myself that would be more than willing to help you out..

Easy as pie but What makes you think they need to be done? How many miles does your car have?

the car has 46k on it.. but its more of just an upgraded spark plug.... replacing wires and plugs..

Easy as pie but What makes you think they need to be done? How many miles does your car have?

Just wondeering cause stock plugs and wires are supposed to be good for 100k miles..........

There are no plug wires. The stock ones are "supposed" to be good for 100,000 miles. If you are not experiencing any kind of miss or spark blow-out, then you can leave them alone. Going with a new plug isn't going to help anything or increase your horsepower unless you are experiencing problems with the stockers.
