At the risk of being the only guy who posts in the V6 section, here's the latest on my car:

I swapped a homebuilt glasspack setup for the stock exhaust today. Here's the link:

thats one expensive set of rear lower control arms... what you got done to that v6??? i beilieve those are the steeda control arms about 250 a set...

Congratulations on being the first person to look at that picture and notice the suspension... :-P They are indeed Steeda billet lowers, with the 3-piece bushing on the front end and spherical bearing on the back, and they list for $450 a set (http://steeda.com/products/weightjackers.php). It's got their double-adjustable uppers (http://steeda.com/products/hd_adjustable_upper_rear_control_arms.php), Tokico 5-way shocks, and an Eibach drag launch spring set, too. It's all take-offs from a project car I did when I was working at Race Pages - when that car got a Fab9 and Chris Alston suspension, the Steeda stuff migrated to the V6.

And yes, it's total overkill for the car, which has nothing done to it other than a K&N FIPK, a Zex wet nitrous system (you can see the braided line running under the car) and the exhaust. Quickest it's been was a 14.64 this past weekend at PSCA, though to be fair that was hard on the brakes in an unsuccessful attempt to avoid a breakout. It's probably a 13.99 car once everything is turned all the way up.

One of the benefits of being a magazine guy is that you accumulate a lot of stuff like that. The problem is that it tends to be mismatched - like a solid-gold suspension on a stockish V6...
