i was sitting at a stop light and i hear a crack and my clutch pedal went to the ground and i can move it around w/out resistance what could be the problem the clutch only has like 20k on it

you might wanna get a firewall adjuster and an aftermartket quadrant. Dont get a triple hook. Ive learned from experince. It'll just break the cable again. Maybe try a steeda one.

Trouble with the UPR? I haven't installed mine yet, but it seems to be more reinforced then the stock one. Do tell!!

thanks everyone new clutch cable is going on right now had to go to the ford dealer ship paid 85$ needed asap guess you pay for conveince

its fixed payed a guy at work in beer haha but the guy who had the stang before me had a shorter cable but the one from the dealership was a lil longer and for some reason its easier to shift

Tension, that is why it broke in the first place, wrong part
Mine broke while in thrid one time lol It sucked but I got it home lol.

Ive broke two and one guy in the club broke two. They replace them. So if it breaks asks for the heavier duty one. Thats what they shouldve send out the first time. I had to oil mine up. Works fine now.
