paradise hills is ghetto/okay, but for my first house, i know it wont be anything great, i am just looking at it as an investment, in 5 years after my first house, that maybe when i will actually be able to buy a nice place, right now, not soo much, i am looking at spending around 400k at the most, so that being my price range, i am very limited.

try mira mesa, little bit nicer and you can get a 3br 2bath for around 350. maybe lower the way the market is nowdays
