I need a list of companies in which we can send all these letters out to.

First here is a copy of what is being sent out to the companies. Of course I incorporated a "Company Letterhead" also.

2ND ANNUAL DOMESTIC PERFORMANCE CRUISE AND DYNO SHOOTOUT

Hello from WickedStangs Mustang Club,

My name is Blah Blah. I am the Event Coordinator for WickedStangs Mustang Club. WickedStangs is made up of a large group of active duty military from all branches here in the Southern California area. Many of these members have seen duty in the Middle East within the last year. I myself am an active duty Chief Petty Officer in the US Navy.

On October 18th 2008, the San Diego, CA based Chapter of WickedStangs Mustang Club will host our 2nd Annual Domestic Performance Cruise and Dyno Shootout. We are proud to be able to host this event that attracts participants and spectators from all over California and the surrounding states. The event starts at MAC Performance located in nearby Temecula, CA. Highlights of the cruise portion are a safe spirited drive through some twisty backroads and a a easy drive through the surrounding towns. This will be ending at a Dyno Shop in the SoCal Area for the Dyno Shootout. Last year we had approximately 60 registered vehicles consisting of Camaros, Corvettes, F-Bodies, Lightnings, and Mustangs. This event tests the skills of drivers or lets them enjoy a scenic drive through the Southern California wine country and mountain roads.

Last year we had many items that were raffled off to participants. We are asking for your help. Your contribution will ensure our event is a success. All companies that choose to contribute will be included in all advertisement for the 2nd Annual Domestic Performance Cruise and Dyno Shootout (i.e. web-site, event t-shirts, flyers and other literature). During the Raffle all contributing companies will be announced and thanked by name as their products/gift certificates and or services are raffled off. We are happy to accept any and all donations big or small. We would also be honored to distribute or display any promotional items sent (i.e. shirts, hats, flyers, banners etc). All registered vehicles will be getting goodie bags also. We look forward to your support and the opportunity to support you and your business.

We would enjoy having all of our sponsors present and/or participating at the event. Anyone that would like to join us for the day would be more than welcome. Contact me for more details.
