control arms bushings

Hey guys while home I was driving my car REALLY REALLY hard. I blew out my lower control arm bushings. Has anyone else done this before? Sounds like metal hitting metal when a load in on car in first or second. I thought I really messed something up bad. I took it to the ford dealer and they said since I have excessive grease coming out of front two bushings that they probaly blew. they didnt want to take them apart casue they said I probaly never get them back together to drive back to Cali. Has anyone else done this. I guess are cars are not ment for breaktourgues,2nd to 3rd gear doughnuts ect LOL.

Well guys took my control arms off tonight. i cracked the poly bushings in half. dont ask me how I did this but I will keep you posted if this happens again. I am going to try to use a shallower zert fitting maybe they rubbed on zert and it wore them through..

If you have stock i recomend changing them ASAP. I took my stock ones off and I could flex them over my leg. This was a bad design for these cars
