I emailed him the following:

So if I understand correctly, all you're really selling is three rims. Just three rims.

The buyer has to take the fourth rim and dispose of it and then pay to have the bad tires dismounted and pay the state mandated "Tire Disposal Fee" since none of the tires are any good.

And you want $400 for just three rims?

If they are 5x114.3, I will give you $75 for TWO of them, but no more than that.
