Hey all sorry i dont have pix at the moment. im currently calling junkyards to find out who exactly towed the Cobra. Early this afternoon, my wife CrossCosmoGirl was driving home from the hospital after a long week of family issues going on there. I JUST NOW heard from my wife and she told me she fell asleep at the wheel from exhaustion and head on hit another vehicle.

Luckily shes getting xrays right now and all she has is a big goose egg on her forehead and neck soreness. More info and pictures to come. For those of you that pray, we would appreciate it for her health. For the rest, thanks for being here.

Heres what it looked like this morning. Im hunting for it to update yall with pix no worries.

So sorry to hear about this...
everyone's right, as long as she is ok, the car can be fixed or replaced. but it might help you to focus on the car - sounds like she is getting excellent care - and i'm sure she wants to know where her baby is, too. check with the police agency that responded (ie. ecpd, sdpd, chp). they should be able to tell you what tow company responded. the vehicle was most likely towed to a local tow yard, not to a junkyard. you will need the last 6 digits and the vehicle plate # when calling. start with Road One 858-492-5252, they are one of the biggest. when you find it, check with them to see if they need your girl to call & release it, find out how much $$ the charges are (sit down first) and move the vehicle out of there as soon as possible, because charges accumulate every day - some yards charge $50/day storage and that adds up very quickly. normally your chosen body shop would pay the charges and bring the car there to their facility.
let me know if i can be of any further assistance!

Glad she is ok.... I hate to hear about these things. No one likes those phone calls and the car can be replaced. We will say a few prayers for you guys.

Thank you guys for everything it really does help a lot! About the towing info, just so happy to be in Austin Texas and we found the car just now. I made arrangements and its in my driveway (have a house out here too). Im not too worried about it.. its still a termi engine the body is easy.

UPDATE on CrossCosmoGirl.. Tricia:
She will be released tomorrow morning at 11am CST if everything goes well. The MRI came back good so we're just hoping for the best but it looks like everything will turn out good. Pics will be taken tomorrow afternoon of the termi.. yall take care and thank you again. <
