I understand when that when we are in a foreign country. We are visitors and should respect that country's culture. Standing and respecting another country's anthem when we are visiting should be done. It is only right. But a foreign national anthem played on our soil, I don't agree with.

yes but in this case the mexican anthem is being played straight from mexico. if you don't want to hear it, it's pretty easy and simple just change it. when you hear/see it on youtube, tv, sport event etc., just ****ing change it. WTF does this have to do with getting personal about "mexicans" and US culture.

We sold two of our Minehunters to the Greeks in Texas and they would play our national anthem every morning and then theirs and we stayed at attention for both of course. This lasted for about 2 months. It was out of respect so I never minded.-Shane

bc spanish in spain has stayed the same and from mexico it has been altered enough to basicly call it its own language. in school the teach Spanish that more closley related to spain not mexico, then again that might have changes i have been out of school for about 4 years :rofl:
