wile were on this subject i know for all u millitary fokes out there that have pulled in to foreign ports or countrys that a ship does colors which plays our national anthem correct do u think that thouse country enjoy us playing ours there??? just a thought that i dident see being put up there. personaly i have never herd the mexico national anthem. so i was just here to throw a point out and be gone like the wind.

This discussion is just lame. Racism will never end. Its a never ending cycle. I think we should just enjoy our own lives and stangs and live with goodness in our hearts instead of hate.


I was brought up by my father to be very racist against blacks. But when I matured and got older I said to myself "what is the point?" the world is such a beautiful place without hate ( sorry if it sounds gay but it's true ). People that bring this stuff up are racist in one way or another they are just in denial. Just let it be and enjoy "YOUR" life. This is what I came to learn and I am at peace because I didn't become a racist prick like my dad.

i deff. agree with you. and you shouldn't be so forced to learn Spanish when English is the number one language. its okay for them to come here and expect us to learn Spanish or we teach them English but if we go to Mexico and only no English they rip us off and give us crap for it

1) laughingGT: when a boat pulls in, we are not citizens of that country, and the boat playing colors is still considered US territory, has nothing to do with this thread. and to add to that, at camp lemonier djibouti, our base, in the morning we play our anthem, the french anthem, the djiboutian anthem, and whatever other country is on the base at the time. and thats a hell of a courtesy.

2) taz: nobody on this site is racist. i dont know where you getting that. this thread is about US citizens not accpting US customs, and non US citizens taking advantage of our WEAK ASS laws and screwing the rest of the country.

so just a question what is considered being here legally cause i mean even i didnt recieve my citizenship for this country by definition the "right way".

i gained true citizenship by joining the military and am now a dual citizen. my parent are both from wales...only reason we got to come to america was for my mothers luck of scoring a government job here in the states with international relations.

Illegal means you came in to this country without authorization from the US government and without proper documentation to reside here legally.

Hurt: If you are in the military and obviously you have a legal right to be in this country otherwise you wouldn't have been allowed in the military. If you gain citizenship that way, well, you have earned that right to be a citizen. Your mom got a government job and obviouly received permission to be live and work in the US, so that makes her legal.
