...downtown classic car show 10-3-09...

whelp, just got this in the mail... there's going to be a car show in lemoore on the 3rd of october. it's from 10am - 3pm. gonna be located on 300 E street. entry fee is going to be $30 per car. there's gonna be a goodie bag with a dash plaque. first 100 people get a free t-shirt. there'll be what looks like 19 classes and awards for first, second, and third places. there'll be vendors and music for entertainment. $5 of every entry fee will go towards happy-hearts children's hospital central california.

i've attached the fliers i got below, anyone interested? we had a lot of events at the beginning of the year that we attended, let's start doing the same for the end of the year.

Im not on duty... but there is a road course event that weekend, and a SCCA event prior to that. Sooo, i dunno.

anyone recieve there registration? they cashed my check but i havent goten anything...

disapointed with the organization of this show. And when they were announcing class winners, they called out their numbers, instead of their names and cars. So all you heard was "3rd place of class 12 is number 31!, 2nd place number 33, and 1st place is 11, etc..." So in the end no one knew who was winning what. Kinda lame.

I took 2nd in the current mustang class, only 3 cars showed up! haha... oh well.
