well if they cant get there **** together for a dyno day.... I don't think i will be letting them tune my car... I cant believe you guys payed for dyno numbers and some people didnt get A/F or Torque curve.... to me... that would have been a waste of 50 bucks and i would have been pissed....
there was what 8 cars there... and they couldn't figure out the problem... Scott was telling me they did the dyno pulls with no load on the Dyno just a free spinning dyno drum.... You guys might as well through your sheet in the trash. no accuracy what so ever!!
not ragging on you guys... but that shop sounds like a joke!
Yea i dont know what the deal was with the no torque numbers for the 4V guys. All other cars had the torque curves and numbers. The drum was NOT free spinning. The Dyno DID carry a load. It wasnt exactly the same load the street makes but damn close. Honestly, if you take the same car and go to three different dyno shops that run the same type of dyno, more than likely you will have three different numbers. I know Scott made almost 50 more HP on this Dyno compared to the mustang dyno he ran on not too long ago. The numbers he laid down last weekend are more on point to what they should have been. All in all, the guys who didnt get A/F and a torque curve should have been cut a break on the price. Without those two key items, tuning a car correctly isnt in the cards. I agree 100% that a tuning dyno run should not happen at this place if they cant figure out the problem with 4V cars and the dyno. Just my .02
