you could saftly run a 75 shot. and NO2 makes a lot of torque. you would probably pick up 85 ft.lbs or more at the wheels

im running on stock internals and i have played with a 150 shot. my car takes it like a champ... it made just under 500 ft.lbs. and i didnt even get the full 150 shot.
