Can't wait to see those upgrades tomorrow. See you at Bennigan's. Try to get there by 4 if you can. We will try to leave as close to 4:15 as possible.

Sub, those scars will never go away. most of whats left is there now to show this is what happens. Hell almost half the crew doesn't know that the ship was hit and when they found out they didn't care, or just acted like they didn't care. Either way its just sad.

That is sad. That should be one of the ship's character. It took a hit and survives and continued the fight.

I think the crew of the Tripoli gave her a new motto: "Took a licking and kept on Ticking" I guess they took it from the watch commercial.

But it is sad that big part of the ship's history is not looked upon or care. I place the blame on the senior leaderships for not continuing and imparting that important part of the history to the crew.

Ask to leave early.

Take 8 east
Exit El Cajon Blvd
Stay on El Cajon Blvd as it turns into Main St (curves to the right)
*According to the site, Main St will be close to traffic for tonight show. Show starts 5-8pm
So turn right on Douglas and go about 2 blocks and turn left. You should see a bank like building on the left and we are in that parking lot. Call if you get lost. I'll be expecting your call. LOL!

Great time tonite at the Cajon Cruise. We had 10 members represented at the show. Had a great time as usual. We cruised over to Sonic afterward and met the owner. He informed us he will be accomodating car clubs for get together at the restaurant start in the fall. So, stay tune for more info come fall.
If you haven't come out for one of these show, you are missing out on a great time hanging out with fellow WS members and enjoying some beautiful classic cars. Hope you will decide to join us next week.

Thanks Pete. We will be out there pretty much every Wednesday. We will be out there next week. We usually park in the "Insurance Store" parking lot across from Gino BBQ. We would really appreciate that.

See you next week.
