Engine support

I was in harbor freight yesterday and saw this engine support stand. I didn't want to spend any money on one, so I decided to make my own. This will be very helpful when having to drop a k member. Mine will have slight variations as it will be AMERICAN made.

It's almost done. I just have to make a few more parts for it. More pics next week.

I started cutting and fabbing mine. When I'm done it will be sand blasted and painted.

I finished my engine support beam this week. The threaded hooks with chains are not pictured. The knobs came off of some broken chairs and then I re-thread them to work with the stand offs that I had already welded onto the a frames at the ends.
