I am now the Event Coordinator. If you have an idea or know of an event, please pm me so I could post it up. I need to know about all events so I can schedule them without having conflicts.Thank you, and I am proud to be your very own WICKEDSTANGS EVENT COORDINATOR!! Ladygaga2

Again congrats on winning the position!! I hope to help as much as I can while I'm still here.
 
Ladygaga, clear out your PM box. It's full. The mentoring program I'm involved with wants to do a fundraiser at a local restaurant. I'll keep you posted on the details.
 
Hey Donna - when you have a chance holler at me or StarAngel, we have a possible new place for hanging out with a large parking lot. Plus its in IB with open seating and viewing of the parking lot (Just for you Steve).

the Manager is really eager to support us and us, them.
 
Wicked Wednesdays

I noticed the calendar is looking a little empty for the next couple months. After browsing the entries from the previous 12 months, Wednesdays were a popular option for weekly Meets & Eats. Mid-week meetups are the best, because it really makes life seem less about work,and more about play. Kind of like how going out on Friday nights make the weekend seem longer.

So here are my ideas for what to do for the next 7 Wicked Wednesdays. As for where to go, Sonic appears to be the new popular choice. For variety, I just looked at the other most common destinations. El Cajon Cruise becomes a Sonic thing after...

Sep 8th - El Cajon Cruise
Sep 15th - Woodies
Sep 22nd - BeefNBun
Sep 29th - El Cajon Cruise (last show of the season)
Oct 6th - Hooters
Oct 13th - Cotixan
Oct 20th - Sonic

We could probably have a poll to decide where to go. This is simply a conversation starter. Thanks.

LOL thanks David but it is empty because we were doing somewhere different every week and setting everything up so that would get hectic if we were to post several up in a row unless it was a popular joint like fuddruckers, sonic, things like that. I was the one setting everything up but we just recently had elections and ladygaga took over the reins. She is currently working on some new destinations and will post them asap. The transition may take a bit to get used to. That is one of her many jobs she is currently working on so it may not be as easy right away. We also stopped doing the el cajon meets because it has started dying out but we do have an el cajon event lined up for oct. for the halloween meet. We have a special reserved spot for our club. I am excited. WS appreciates your excitement and support.
