well i was gonna wait to change it but this changed the mod order.i whant to see about re painting it for now. at least for FFW.

From what I can tell, it can be fixed. I can't tell what the damage is on the inside. I'm wondering if this got pooped in and then back out or folded and pooped back out. Is there a crack that goes all the way through the material? I'd have to see it better but from the looks of it, it can be fixed.
But by the time you invest teh $$$ and time fixing this, an upgrade/new cover would be so much easier. You're going to have to paint either one. Might as well paint a NEW one than putting new paint on a damaged part.

There you go! We can sand it smooth and piss can it for FFW then get your 04 bumper when you can. I have a high speed buffer we can rub out your bumper and get the paint to match as good as we can.
