finally made it / new house

so, i finally made it here and after a few long days of hating this place and finding nothing we stumbled on a nice little house (well, not little at all) that is away from the ghetto of havelock, and perfect for my family. i'll post more later when i get time. we wont even get our furniture until next week sometime. after we get set up i will tell you all more about it

no garage yet. theres a large workshop that the owner is emptying out for me to use....i have a carport to work and a lockable room next to it for all my tools to get me by now.

you would never believe it tho. 1.5 acres....2000sqft. onlt 1050/mo. insane huh.

Remember though that his BAH went down compared to what we would get here in San Diego....so it still sounds like a deal though. Watch that pool BJ....Hear about kids all the time that fall in and cant get out....

Get or build a permanent gate for that deck. DO NOT depend on a cover to help it. And don't think that he'll get to the ladder. He'll fall in, freak out and just start flapping around. That's what happens when a kid falls in. They don't think straight.
