I got all the new parts for the clutch coming in on Friday. And I'm looking to install them at the auto hobbie shop on the 17th
So is anyone down to help?

Well I think the car is going to get towed to where ever it's getting worked on.
I started the car when I got home and within 25 seconds of the car being on I saw smoke coming out of the passenger side right behind the front tire.

never seen a clutch smoke after 25 seconds... hope its not the rear main getting on the exhaust or a valve cover leak... I cant wait to tear in to this thing

Wow!!! did scotts clutch yesterday..

I have lost all respect for Fresno performance :nonono:

instead of buying the right clutch cable.. they cut and bent the stock clutch fork to make the stock cable work... pics will be up soon...

feared post them here..

oh and in three weeks the throwout bearing was gone almost completely... wasnt much left of it!

Look how worn that is.. its only been in the car for 3 months. Looks to me like the throw out bearing was installed incorreclty.

Oh, and the Adjustable clutch cable they bought for him, doesnt fit his car, it goes on a foxbody.

as you can see in the pics they modified the clutch fork to take up the slack of the stock cable... instead of buying the right cable..

the way they modified the clutch fork the throwout bearing was always pushing on the pressure plate. they are blaming the clutch failure on a second gear burn out on 315 drag radials... im blaming it on the rigged up clutch fork arm...

and feared has a typo on the clutch pressure plate... he said 3 month old clutch, really it was in 3 weeks but took a week to get parts and install.. car only worked for 2 weeks!

i cant see it but just how it sounds,,, it definately sounds shady,,, i dont see how you can blame the tranny if your the one that caused the failure!!!!
