My Xcal 2 for my Cobra allows me to play with the top speed governor(sp?). Of course mine is "off" but wonder if a kid could get a handheld tuner and bypass the "MYKey" feature on the S197? Next the Government will mandate all car makers to limit their cars top speed to 75 mph. Am I paranoid??
