Stay away from seanhylandmotorsports they are waaay over priced.
You best bet IF your car is a 5speed. Is Buy some rods and pistons, good rings, good bearings and ARP everything. use your forged steel crank (same as the cobra) and use your stock block, the stock block is Identical to the 03/04 cobra but its ALUM.
Trust me before you blow it up, use the good parts that are there. I had to buy a new block because 2 of my rods tried there best to poke a hole in the side. The stock 32valve Alum block thats in your car right now, its like $1000 from ford...and its kick ass block.
