I think that you can buy the fuel lines and rails seperate from the whole system.

I am running a 255lph fuel pump with stock lines from the tank to the engine bay and then I have -an fittings that fit the stock lines and then braided lines to the fuel rails.

If I were you I would just buy some braided line and make your own lines. The aeromotive backhalf kit is good, but Those pumps aren't meant to run on the street and you can't let your stock fuel tank go below 1/2 tank with that pump becuase it needs to be gravity feed. Those pumps burn out fast on the street unless you have the fuel controller which is like another $350!

I burned out 2 of those Aeromotive pumps. I'd say get a 255lph fuel pump, run some -8 for feed line and -6 on the return side. That braided line with fittings ain't cheap, but it's way cheaper than the backhalf kit.You could also run a T-rex if you need the extra flow.

Note: After burning out the 2 aeromotive pumps I vowed to never use one of those again. When I upgrade my fuel system I'll probably go with B&G.

This kit runs about $600. Not cheap, but a better price. This will replace all of the fuel lines, rails and pressure regulator (includes gauge). It ties into the supply and return lines from the tank. Those lines you could purchase as just plain hose like Orange suggested.

This kit is on my 87 GT.

well whats wrong with mine is the nylon/ plastic fuel line that connects the hard lines from the tank to the quick disconnect was pinched... I tried to fix it but made it a lot worse... I figure if i have to buy another set might as well get something a lot better, but it looks like i wont need anything better then the stock as of right now

I know I can get the fuel lines from a junk yard, but every time i call one they don't know what im talking about or just say they dont have it..

if you look at your fuel lines(those with 5.0's 87-93) right under the passenger frame rail the hard line goes from steel to a piece of nylon/plastic fuel line that is pressed together, then it goes to the quick disconnects to the fuel rail... I might just have to go to the local pick a part and see if i can find another set of fuel lines from the pump to fuel rail disconnects.

But hey today i got the 5.0 engine harness and headlight harness in and just waiting on the fuel lines, battle boxes and motors mounts to get installed to drop the motor in and fire it up!...

I would still go with a 255lph if you want any kind of good power out of it, I run a 255lph fuel pukmp in mine with the stock lines and as far as I know, my engine always has enough fuel.
