fuel system with supercharger

hey ive got a 99 cobra with a paxton novi 1000rr kit on it with the autologic chip 42 lbs injectors and the bap and i went to have it tuned by jba. they had to take out the chip to program the computer with the sct xcal 2 but now the fuel press is all messed up. it normally stays around 30psi but when i hit the throttle it drops down to like 20 or below and thats just half way tapping on the gas, they say that it takes a second but then jumps up to 70 psi but i dont want to try that incase it doesnt. so besides getting an 03/04 cobra tank and pump unless someone has one for cheap what would handle 480 to 500 rwhp?

i spoke to someone yesterday who i bought my jlt cai from, he says the best thing to do, would go with the 03/04 tank and pump, you can find them cheap on various forums. he is supporting about 500+rwhp

well just got my jlt cai, i bought it from one of the socal stang guys for 150. it was yellow so i painted it gloss black last night, man i gotta say,i feel a difference, especially 4k plus. i love it, dude i bought it from sold it because he went with a procharger d1sc, puttn down 530rwhp, man oh man do i gotta get a blower.

hey dude thanks but i've been trying to find used 03/04 tanks and pumps but no luck and the cheapest with both is like 800 bucks but if i could find one off a wrecked or heavily modded 03/04 that went to a fuel cell it would be perfect

i asked someone on svtp what fuel set up their running, and they said:

I have a kennybell boosta pump. I am having some small issues at the high range when I peg the MAF. I am thinking of upgrading my main pump to a ford GT and adding a MAFia for the airflow issue. I have it tuned now around these issues and it works well. I still may upgrade it though. I am running 8lbs of boost instead of 10 I was planning.

Forget the 03 and get a ford gt pump. My issue is the pressure dropping into the low 30's at the high end of the rpm's. I did need a fully cutom tune to get around all these issues. No chip is going to cut it. I will be looking into it further this thursday and let you know what I fing out.

yeah but im not going to make any more power cuz still have stock internals and if u go up to the gt pumps u have to upgrade the wiring in the fdmp or whatever its called but the box in the trunk that controls the fuel pump and stuff. i just need to find a wrecked 03/04 or someone that is switching to a fuel cell. but its getting hard to find.
