Im thinking about buying the Percys Seal-4-Good reusable flange gaskets and I heard they were awesome. has anyone ever tried or had a problem with them?

i have herd they were good one but have never tryed them my self the guy that told me about them owns a shop so i guess if he uses them they are all right
