I'll see everyone in the morning at MCAS Miramar. I have a dial indicator to verify backlash. Let's have some fun and juice up a couple more cars....

Guys, great install day. Shane, your car was a breeze and one of the best installs to date. I enjoy working on cars that are well taken care of inside and out.

Ethan still has a ways to go with his K-member install. I cannot make it out there tomorrow to assist him in finishing his car. If anyone can take some time to assist him, I'll provide guidance over the phone and could pop up there if really required. Ethan is a great member....assist him if you can.

I'll be out there at 9. I also have a prior engagement I have to try and make it to at 11. Hopefully things can get done.

Okay, well, not everything went well, my alignment in the front is really messed up, so I need to go and get that fixed, and for some reason, my brakes aren't working right, they work until a certain point, and then they just become rock hard. So I'm not driving it until I have a chance to take it to a place that can fix it.

Brakes dont make any sense. You didnt do anything odd with them. They only went together one way but try taking the pads off and putting it back together. Looked like they only went one way to me. Did you make it home?

Oh, and BTW, it is possible for one wheel to be turned more than the other, My steering was really messed up. About the brakes, the only things that I can think of, is when we had to move them out of the way of the K-Member on one side, and that one ABS bolt which I couldn't find the washer to so I pulled one out of the parts bin. That is the only 2 things that I could think of.

If one wheel was turned more than the other than you had to have changed the nuts which I doubt you did. Explain how else it changed? Moving the brakes around the new k-member wouldnt have done anything unless they are damage which would mean they were leaking oil but then you wouldnt have any pressure.

I don't know, all I know, is that one wheel is turned more than the other wheel.
