yeah i believe steeda makes a dual fuel pump for 99 and 01 cobras and they take the stock bucket as a core and the fab a new bucket so the twin pumps will fit. 2 questions : 1 i have 490rwhp so will it be sufficent , and 2 with the modded bucket will i have any problems with the pumps emptying the bucket too fast and starving the pumps?

Yes Steeda does make the kit and we can get it. The part number on the kit is 555-3009. This is comprised of (1) 555-3016 Hardware package and (2) 555-3011 The pumps. The kit is good up to about 525HP as long as it is tuned properly. They have not had any issues where the bucket becomes dry and will starve the pumps. I am PM'ing you the price for the kit.
