Dang someone noticed.....Thanks. I am 32 this year. I feel like 62 though. To many long days on a ship........

I am attempting to quit smoking today too. Figured at 32 that I have been smoking long enough time to do what is better for me.

and good for you smoking is bad for you and it is great you are stopping. My mom got some pills from her doctor that is for quiting smoking and she says they are working great

perhaps that might be a way to help you quit as well
