After passing the California Department of Real Estate exam in October 2008, and waiting since then....I finally got my license!!!!

now all I have to do is find a broker to work with and I'll be sitting on properties without selling like all the other agents!!! (LOL!)

kidding aside...this market will give me lots of time to get experience under my belt so when the next wave comes around, I'll be ready to rock! :rock:


with all the military here I'll make sure to specialize in VA transactions!

:top: first I have to find a broker to work with. Agents can only use the license while affiliated with a broker.

Any one know real estate offices that are in need of agents???

OK everyone...

I'll be out of the Keller Williams North County office starting later this month. As of today, I'm a member of North San Diego County Association of Realtors as well, so I'm an official Realtor .
