Welcome and nice stang hope you enjoy your stay.
 
Goto "Upload a File" at the bottom of the dialog box. You can upload photos from your computer there. However, I'm not too familiar with Tapatalk and how you would upload pictures from there.
 
They should have loaded automatically. They loaded on my phone and I'm using tapatalk.
