1969 351w heads, will they work on a stock 5.0, what are the advantages and disadvantage? what are teh price range. founds some for 200.00

YES THEY WILL FIT-----The 351w will be more powerful no matter which heads you put on it, but the 351w heads have bigger valves, so I'd go with those. You could always use aftermarket heads, which have bigger valves than anything. The only problem you'll have interchanging the heads is that the 302 heads use 7/16" head bolts, and the 351w uses 1/2" bolts. You can still interchange them, but to use the 302 head on the 351, you'll have to drill the holes out to 1/2". To use 351 heads on a 302, you have to use a special reducer washer that makes the 1/2" holes compatible with the 7/16" bolts. This is slightly more expensive than drilling the 302 heads.

will the LT headers for the 302 i have, fit the 351w heads? or do i need headers for a 351?

Yes, your headers will bolt directly to the heads. Make certain to spend the extra dollar and insert metal header gaskets. They last longer and assist in heat distribution to cool your headers.
