alright lets see if i cant do this without hurting any ones eyes!!!

first off, i have sold the harley in hopes of finnaly getting the snake on the road, good story, the guy who bought it called me up without even lookin at it, and said im gonna drive down frome temecula and buy your bike today at 5,,,,,i said cool!!!

he shows up with about 7000 dollars in 20 dollar bills!!!loaded it up and took off!!

with this money i have so far bought a fuel system from glens performance thats rated to 1000 hp, and more if i guy one more pump and some bigger line!!, a throttle body, and some other goodies like gauges and such!!

i also bought a dual wide band af monitor from fast!! this thing monitors not only one bank but both banks!! and it has full tuning capabilites, and playback and data logging!!
its bad ass to say the least!!

so this weekend the car is goin back together and hopefully, if all goes according to plan, ill be able to get it to dante by tuesday!! but theres a lot of work to do, and not much time to do it in!!

so with all this said, this weekend its goin down!! if i can get any body to help out maybe lend a hand so i can get this thing runnin then it would be great!!! im providing the beer and food!!

well day one down, and i have to say, im fairly pleased!!! the heads are on, and the motor is timed. the k member is back together, and a few nuts and bolts were replaced with new stronger substitutes, and may i say, none too soon!! the front cover is also on, and everything is torqued and good!!

a huge thanks goes out to lordgufi, he came out and worked in the rediculous heat all day with me to get this far and i have to say, i dont think i could have gotten any where near where i am now, this fast by myself, especialy in this head!!!! i dont know how hot it was, but just for an idea: we had the heads out of the garage for about 20 mins before we put them in, and it was so hot that they burnt our hands just to touch them, and all of the tools were burnin me through my gloves!! it was tortcher, but like i said, it was all worth it to see the progress at the end of the day!!

now hopefully day two is just as productive!! ill keep yall updated!!

alrightt, so day two:

things didnt go together so smoothly this time around,

lost a few bolts, so i had to make a few runs. but later in the afternoon things picked up a bit!! im almost done, i have the radiator to put in, and just a bit of the intake to complete!! then were ready to roll!!

as far as the fuel system goes, i didnt get it, but it should be here today so im thinking that by the end of the day tuesday i should be good to go!!

creative solution!!

i said f this,,,, so i cut the tips off both ends, and slipped a 3/8 heater hose over it, and covered it with heat tape!! i figure it should hold up, but if it dont, oh well!! i only spent 5 bucks on it!! if it dont hold together then ill go figure somethin else out!!
