well i will drive it like this till next yea with a 100 shot on it... if it last.. then to a small rebuild crank and new bearings.. no need to do a full rebuild.. the engine has awesome compression all the way across the board and doesnt burn oil.. and i dont want to waste money on pistons and rings, I want fast as cast Trick flow heads and a custom grind cam....

sounds like rod knock cylinder 7 or 8
Is your oil pump supplying enough oil?

well doesnt really matter now on the oil pump.. its getting a new one when i do a rebuild.. going to talk to a machine shop today and see how much to turn the crank and resize the rods..
not going to worry about boring it at all..

yea and it passed with flying colors...
well talked to a couple machine shops turning the crank resizing rods and new main and rod bearings... 250 bucks. plus 150 for a gasket set and it will be as good as new.. no need to bore and buy new pistons even compression all a crossed the board... 120psi
