I got tired of seeing my old rusted exhaust!!!!

Well I spent the biggest part of yesterday trying to solve the problem. I wanted to polish the exhaust for a while but just never got around to it. This is a very time consuming project and I only got one side done but I was in no big hurry and had to do some running around in between. I will be uploading some installed pics today but here is what I have so far.

I should have some installed pics today depending on how late I have to stay at work. If they rust up again I am just going to paint them black lol.

Anyone know how to get them really shiney? I used the wire brush to knock off the rust and then sanded them from 80 to 800 grit. They just dont seem to shine all that much. Clean yes.....show polished no. I used Mothers on them too.............

Yose, I have a polish that will shine them up real nice. I use it on mine and its hand applied. I could bring it by your house tomorrow around 5:30pm if you want to try it. I have the polish and the sealer.

I dont know if it was worth 2 days of sanding but oh well. It looks better to me.

No I know what he was talkiing about. I cant believe he has not came back at me lol. He should be coming over today I think.
