Hey everyone, sorry i havent seen or tallk to you guys in a while i have been real busy with school and this damn ticket...

well guys I'm fighting the wreckless driving and the felony evading ticket I got dropped right off the bat.. Went to court yesterday and plied not guilty... Got a public pretender and have court on the 29th... the judge says if i dont get the wreckless dropped or put to a lesser charge i will be going to jail for 90 days... with a 1000 dollar FINE!

So guys dont run.... Its just not worth it. It was fun but jail wont be. Maybe i should talk to prepaid legal??

I went to the cruise night last night and i didnt see anyone there??

Holy Crap MachMan!!! Just get a reg lawyer. I hate Cali for that reason. You can pay any lawyer in Mo and they get tickets dropped to non moving violation like loud exhaust. I used to run all the time when I was younger in my Ranger I hit a field and be gone drop it in 4x4 LOL 35 inch boggers no cop was catching me. I feel for you though man take care!

Man, sorry to hear about the losses.. and i will definatly take your advice and not run! Im not sure what to do about the lawyer situation, but in the past when i was fighting tickets in the Talon in Colorado, i got a lawyer and got a few charges droped. But i also had to pay a pretty penny for the lawyer. Soo... I dont know man!

About cruise night, i got off work at 630pm last night.. yea, gay navy 12 hour shifts for no reason! ANd i saw Lemar on duty at the front gate when i was rolling through. So there are 2 of us, not sure about the rest, but its no biggy, we all got other stuff to take care of im sure . =)

Holy shisa, &y... that's big time... I do hope everything turns out cool for you, tho... damn, bud. FWIW, I would pop for a real lawyer, as suggested. Jail time can put a hurt on a lot of shit... job(s), renting stuff like apartments and cars, and even your credit from what I know. Please keep us posted, will ya??

things could be better.....had to moveback in with my parents unfortunatly.. Split up with my sons mom and trying to get shit strait... school finding another job and find a place to live... But I will say one thing.... I AM ALOT HAPPIER NOW!!!! THink im going to sell this Explorer and buy a 2002 ford focus 2 door 5 speed and a 1990 5.0 5 speed and a NITROUS KIT!!!! LOL
