The set up im getting was designed for a stock 4.6. i am not going to mess with any of the tune or pullies or anything until I have forged internals. Hopefully it holds up for a while at least.. I dont expect it to last forever. Oh and we did the tear down today. It is all prepped, all I have to do now is bolt the blower on!!!

F'n sweet! Talk about anxious, lol!

Well I got the valve covers painted up!! I figured since everything else was off now would be a good time to tackle that.... i painted them yellow, as that is the color I intend to accent the rest of the car in. i plan to add a small touch in the interior, the engine and somewhere on the body such as the brake calipers.. i am not looking to get the "bumble bee" look just want to have a very small amount of contrast to all the black on my car..
Im kinda worried that the valve covers are going to be overkill but we will see once I get them on there and slap that polished whipple in between them !!!!

update

Well, we pretty much pulled an all nighter last night w/ the install... Ran into a little hitch..
um well it was pretty much a show stopper. They forgot to put a bag of hardware with my kit so I had no bolts for the lower intake. I am getting them today though and will finish the install. Everything is hooked up except the intake and compressor obviously and some wiring and coolant hose. Should be only a couple of hours til completion today. I will post some pics later and a vid of the initial start up and maybe the smoke show that is likely to occur afterwards.... lol

I should be able to get the pics and vid up tonight!! But in the mean time, I had a little problem today on the way to work. I took off from a stop and gradually got into it until about 3/4 throttle, didnt burn out and let off after shifting into 3rd... as soon as I stopped accelerating I got a check eng light. Thats the first time it came on since the blower install. Zimmerc and I read the PCM and there were no fault codes... we read it twice to make sure and then just cleared it and the check eng light went away. The car displayed no other issues other than the light... Any Ideas what this could be, or has anyone else that has an S197 and whipple ever had this happen?? I drove it around base a little after we cleared it and it did not return. But I have not had a chance to accelerate hard yet, to see if it returns.
