New to domestics . I'm in the market for an exhaust upgrade. I want to bolt something on that will make it sound absolutely nasty.
 
Man that would be a hard choice for me to decide. Either way your gonna get a good cat back.
 
SLP Loudmouth 1's are NASTY!!! very very aggressive, however the borla stingers have a deeper throatier sound in my opinion!!!
If you want crazy loud go with the SLP's but borla's are more enjoyable to me

that seems to be the general consensus from the folks i have asked thus far. thx! your opinion is greatly appreciated brotha!
 
Either way you'll have a nice sound...but I think for the nasty factor you would be better with the SLP's...
 
I have summit racing glass packs and like them. Not to loud when I am cruising but once I get on it they get a little noisey.

i like your style, dude. yeah i was lookin around and i think i'm gonna end up getting the M-80 pypes, then spend the money i've saved on a Mach 1 chin spoiler and grill delete.:BigGrin:

i like the way those sound! prob just gonna do a muffler swap. cheaper than a cat back and will give me the mean sound i'm lookin for. low rumble at idle but nice crackle during quick decel. It's not for everyone, but i think it will fit the "rat rod" stang i have put together.
 
also looking into getting some lowering springs. Nothin extreme. I'm thinkin maybe inch and a half front and rear. any suggestions as far as brands? I saw some decent H&R's on A.M. might go that route
 
ya if ur getting springs go with the eibachs theyre the best bang for ur buck and if u wanna do a muffler swap i would look at summitracing.com and get exactly what u want or go to autozone and pickup some thrush glasspacks i know a bunch of people with them and they sound nice

sweet, i'll prob go that route then.
 
nasty = O/R h pipe usually around 150. brand new, and borla stingers. some of these guys remember when my car had that set up. definatly the set up if you are looking to piss people off.
 
Get the 0/r x-pipe.. Throw in the m80 pipes.. Then choose between borla, glass packs, or slp lm1's.. Remove your cats an slap on that combination and you will hear ringing in your ears after those long car rides :)

lol the m80s r gonna be nice and loud by themselves and if i didnt already have super 44s id do the same thing oh and definitely gut ur cats cuz theyre effin useless
