Wondering where I am!?!?
So how are people supposed to know where to challenge when only win/lose is posted behind the names?

You have to work your way up from the bottom to the top. You can only challenge the guy above you and then if they fail to meet or show, you move up to the next one.

The times were on there so people had an idea of the times that the people they were challenging were running.

I see a metric shitton of sand baggin happening if everyone knows the absolute best the other guy can run.....
I can run a 8.5 if I want to.... I actually had to when I had a passenger and was told not to go fast. I went 1st, 2nd and let off before third and got an 8.5.

My ET is 8.9....about 125hp ago. Somehow I think that has changed. But, I'm still ranked in the bottom five. All that matters is the Call Out rules. You can call out up to two levels above where you are unless they concede the position.

Well as long as people are putting their best times up, it is just a guide to go by.

My best was a 9.3X and I ended up running a 9.1X so it was faster, but that is gonna happen. People will get better and run their best times throughout. The thing is, if James is touting a 8.5; and the best I can get is a 8.9, there is some work to do before wasting peoples time with a call out. it is a refernece so people will know the general time they need to be able to run in order to even be cometitive.

No reason to sandbag on this though, as if you are claiming an 8.5 and running someone faster than that, you will either lose or move up. If you move up, thats where you should be anyway. and you will be running faster cars the next race.

I vote for best ET's to be on the list.

Like I said though, why waste anyones time if there is an obvious desparity between the challenger and the person being challenged....

All I want to know, if the driver won, what is the time.

For sh*t and grins, I time at an 8.50 how do I know how far up I can challenge?

You can challenge 2 above your current position unless you are not on the list yet. If you are not on the list yet, you need to provide a timeslip and the next fastest time on the list is the person you have to challenge to get on the list unless you wish to start at the bottom.

It is in the rules thread. See the new member portion.

to the new member joining up that runs a 7.2 with his car, what is the point of him even running against those that run 8.5 + times......he needs to see who to challenge. It is in the rules that were stated in the rules thread. This way we get good races not a bunch of BS one sided ones.....
