lien sales?

on one on here delt with a lien sale... im going up to the guy i bought the car from and doing a lien sale on yht mustang.. the car has changed hands 3 times with out it being registered. but none of them have ever got the fees take car of and one guy turned in a pink slip to the dmv and need to get the car smogged to get it registered, but he never did. then he sold the car.

so the guy i bough it off of is the 4 to 5th person that has bought it since the pink was turn in...

well this lien sale work?

it should work as long as you have a paper trail where it's changed hands, however as GT400SC says about the fees.............tag! you're it!
