Jesus... El Monte... that's where my aunt, uncle and cousin live. Ironically, my uncle in El Monte passed away at 3:30 this morning in Vegas. We were quite close, and I am still very close to my cousin, whom I talk to nearly every day online. Be thankful for your loved ones, guys... even if they are a pain in the ass, because they can be gone in the blink of an eye.

Thanks Emilio... I'm gonna try and get away for the funeral, but I have a daughter who is needing us right now. I don't even know the arrangements yet, but if I can get out there, maybe we can meet in the middle and finally shake hands or something.

Maybe they weren't racing at all... I got a drag racing ticket from an Arvada, CO cop once during a blizzard after a guy hit me broadside at over 90 trying to impress his girlfriend... I was sitting still at an intersection. Needless to say, the ticket was dismissed. I'll shut my opinionated mouth now.
