It could have happened anywhere... And if he follows through on the promise of having security in that parking lot the whole time, there shouldn't be a problem...
I just dont understand why people do stuff like that.
I saw this coming.... I live in National city and its impossible to keep a car nice here. On thanksgiving I went to wal mart on Highland and parked near no one. Still came out with chipped paint on the front bumber.....

National City is a crap hole, just need to be careful out that way. People have nothing better to do but to start trouble or look for trouble or causes trouble. They have a crappy life so they're going to spread the wealth and make everyone else's crappy. A lot of people living there are on welfare, on probation or parole, or illegal.
