Monday afternoon the wife and I stopped in K-Mart to grab some dog food and go home to meet our kids getting off bus. As I pulled out I noticed a burgandy Stang coming up behind me.. I switched lanes and he was right behind me. I cought the light at 18th and bush and instead of pulling up on side of me he got behind me. He yelled hey pull over so I nodded my head and said ok. He was reving behind me ect so I jumped on it a little when the light turned green and was gone. I heard his tires squeeling and seen his front end bouncing up and down while he was grabbing gears from my rearview mirror. I pulled over and he was saying nice car and asked what I had done to it ect.. He said "you didnt pull on me that hard.".. little did he know my wife said "don't do it"..I never even launched hard lol...out of all the days I brought the wife to get Dog food.. hopefully we see him at meeting next month. I gave him a wicked stangs card and gave him some info and told him come hang out..

Everyone just knows me... So they know its a fast car im driving........lol It takes alot for me to get a race these days..... it Almost has to be a garuanteed win for the other person for me to get any racing......


Like the other day at work i tryed to get this guy to race me in his 01 SS camaro........ He said "If you want to race, Let me go get my Corvette!!!!"


LOL he NEVER did come back to my work that day.......LOL!!!!

I work with a girl who claims she and her husband have an "11 second big block" Chevelle, which I have seen and heard run, but have yet to see it go down the track. She knows I am gunning for her, but always seems to fail to show for any *fun.* She just keeps shooting her mouth off. Btw, they bought the car as is, and have done nothing whatsoever to the car other than a set of drag radials. We shall see...

Jim I'd race that lead sled...LOL. Remember the one that Jeremys mom had...? It was a 396 that was so fast...ran mid 14's. I am not saying that there are not fast Chevelles out there but..I wouldn't back down from to many older cars. Had a guy out here with a 95 5.0 liter mustang want to race me last sumer. Kept telling me lets do it ect.. I am not going to let some airman who is in "A" school talk shit along with my Chief so I went and raced him.. I killed him... that was with stock tires. We got back to the Navy Ball fund raiser car wash and he asked what do you have done to your car that thing is fast. I had CAI and tuner... I asked what he had done to his.. Oh I got flowmasters.... See alot of guys who have after market mufflers who think they just dropped a stroked moter between frame rails lol..

Oh, I know what you mean, Phill. There's another guy here with a Z06 Vette that was shooting his mouth off too, until he saw me do a hard launch on the side street next to our parking lot at work. I asked him if he still thought he could "blow my doors off," and he said "what would be the point?" Chicken shit... LOL
