Yes of course you can, Jo is leaving for the UK on the 18th of this month! So I get my Vert back.. If Toms rims get back from Shelby before the show, and I get them on the Shelby, I want to put the rims and Brakes from the Shelby on the Vert. Can you give me a hand with that?

lol im in that picture in the back on the far left in the shades. i had lots of fun last year. im thinking about picking up a random orbital to clean up my car before the show this year but idk if that will happen.

I'm hitting the whole car with the buffer. One panel a week.. then an overall right before the show. I want her to shine like Black Chrome!!

ya ive wanted one for a long time. money is just kinda tight since im paying my way through school and my pay at work isn't exactly the best. oh well. i can alway ask for one for x-mas lol

Also I dont think the kids would want to be there all day so we are going to need to find a sitter for them.

The girlfriend & I are going up on Saturday and staying overnight aboard the Queen Mary. But I know at least 25-30 Bullitt owners from all over SoCal are going. About a third of them are from the greater San Diego area.

We got the Breakfast at Bali Hai (formerly breakfast at Balboa) on Sunday morning. That's one of the get together we support down here, so most of us are going to be at that one.

Thats ok - apparently the QM attendance is down a bit this year because of other conflicting events too.

A few folks bailed for the Route 66 gathering Riverside.

I have seen this guy's antics first hand, and I am appalled. This is a leader? A President? He thinks he is God in this mustang world. I stopped placing my Mach 1 in his shows 2 years ago (and I won a few times). I attended the show last year (to see the abundance of cars and the new Saleen stuff) but after seeing all this and knowing this guy completely and totally lied about things I don't ever want to attend his shows again. I hope other people will see what he really is and stop supporting his events. There is plenty of shows out there to attend. Ones not run by a childish tyrant...

Have I personally had run-ins with him? YES! Like I said I have entered my car in HIS shows before. I have won a couple as well. But when the "President" (more like a dictator) stands at the mic and calls your name out for first place, but proceeds to say how his car should have won, and how its better, etc... I was a bit upset, wouldn't you be? That is just one of many incidents, but I don't need to share them all. Please feel free if you guys have any; share...

Wow! I don't know what bug crawled up this guy's jet exhaust but he sure sounds PO'ed. Got his panties in a bunch over some silly comments made during the awards ceremony by John? Sounds like a personal axe to grind to me.

I personally had a great time attending this event the last couple of years and thought John was a great guy. Truth is I’ve only met him in person a couple of times and aside from running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to get things together the weeks coming up to the show he seems like an alright guy to me.

I mean if this is about one comment - then it's just a silly hatchet job. If he felt so slighted then he should've asked John about the comment? But no this guy choose to come after the guy and the show by slinging crap about this petty little incident on the internet.

Like I tell my 6 year old - someone sounds like they got their feelings hurt and needs a timeout.
