My 4 Year olds first football game.....

Well he just started playing 2 weeks ago in Flag Football. He is too young to play tackle yet but he is having fun. Saturday he had his first game.

His birthday is late in the season so he is the youngest kid out there.

I am proud of him as his coach says he is a sponge and is soaking in everything about the game. He is upset with himself when he does not do something right on the field. I have put no pressure on the kid. He just wants to do it right and not make mistakes.....

Here are a few pictures of his first carry in a game. Sorry for the kids in the way but we asked them to move so we could get the picture but they did not listen and continued to run after him...LOL

He got the ball running to the left and cut back up the middle.....

Now he went through the hole and headed up the field.....

Striking the Hiesman pose already....stiff armed the girl that was playing safety...

Continuing upfield...

Still going.....1 person to beat....

Still going.....

They still have not got his flags...

And they finally get him.... darn it, nothing but green in front of him....LOL

He also went down the field on the kickoff after they scored and instead of just grabbing flags, he decided it was easier to level the other kid....Well cant say he was right on that one. It looked like something you see on Sundays....Big Collision. He then grabbed the flag off the other kid while they were on the ground and held it up......I had to tell him that this is not a tackle league.....He said he did not mean to do it....
And just like in the NFL.....Colts 21(His Team) - Chargers 14(Other Team).....That was the best part....Chargers losing.

Thanks for looking.

Cool. My nephew is obsessed with foot ball and he's only 4! When we bring him to places where there's tv's, like On the Border, etc and foot ball is only, he'll say, "LOOK! FOOTBALLLLLLL!" And just stand there and stare at the television. I want to get him into flag football when he's old enough. He can already throw and catch a nfl reg size ball pretty well.

Nope I just want a 10 acre ranch in Montana or Wyoming with about 5 horses and a 4 car garage.

No Mansions and no expensive cars.......

I like real horses better.

Dope, Actually............

When I was 3-10 I lived on a small cattle (ranch)[115 Acres, 80 head of cattle] and we had a few horses. I know what goes into it. I remember getting up at 5 every morning to go out and unfreeze the water(during the winter months) for the horses and cattle, refill it with fresh and layout new straw in all their stalls. Then I would go get cleaned up and ready for school. Then there was the nightly chores.....oh god I am tired just thinking about it.....

I know it is not as much as some places down where Emilio is from but they say everything is bigger in TX, right.......thats not what she says though....LOL

When I was 9 we had a particularly rough year with the weather and costs of doing business and such and did not make it through the next year as a working cattle (ranch). That is when we ended up moving to MD in search of a job for the family......

We still have about 70 acres and I own 10 of it in a very discreet, tucked away loaction on one corner of the property.......

There is a little history on me you did not know.....

My kids loves football too. The other day after hooters my buddy from work and I went by my house so the wife could run to her friends before we went out to incahoots. Anthony asked my buddy hey you want to play me in madden? After the first half he was winning 21-0. So my buddy was like what other games you got.. Oh hey you got UFC lets play. My kid whipped him 4 times in a row. He threw the controler down and was like I am not playing anymore! I was like oh come on man he is 8 "Z" quit acting like a kid!
