What a weekend... So I had that problem with Brothers Performance but did get my shocks and struts Friday morning. So we head to the body shop to finish up alot of work on my car and the paint. Sanding etc. We also planned on painting the ponies but didnt get to that. We start friday afternoon on installing my eibach pro springs and kyb shocks and springs. What a pain this became. We rented a spring compressor from Autozone and it was the wrong one. We gave up after trying for a couple hours and it was getting late. Then in the morning I went back to autozone to get the right compressor. Then my dads 78 truck wouldnt start for me. So he had to come pick me up. We both had to go to another autozone for the right compressor and a starter for his truck. We finally finished up the front right setup then went to try and fix my dads truck in the autozone parking lot. It was not having it. After changing many parts and alot of cursing we finally decided to tow it home with my dads lightning. This morning We finished up the springs easily this morning and did a couple more random jobs on the car (interior). Couldnt get to painting the ponies unfortunately... Alot more paint work to come... I am very happy with the results. Car looks and handles great! All in all alot of hard work but worth the end result. Measuring dropped the front 1 3/4 and rear 1 1/4.

Let me know if this link works. Never done it before...

damn, thats is some weekend, but sounds like you made good progress. How hard was it to change the springs out with the compressor?

There are 2 types of springs compressor and for foxes you use the type that goes into the middle of the spring. The first night we had the wrong one so we didnt get anywhere trying to use it. After we got the right compressor the install was cake....

Nice work. Can't wait to see it when it gets all done. You said painting it? You are just touching up on the red, right?

Danny my dad actually did the paint job in his garage while I was on deployment. We still have to do alot of wet sanding and some touch up along with little things like put the emblems back on. Fun stuff....

When I put eibachs on my fox it was simple... I cant remember what compresser we had thouh. I know I rented it from autozone and then when I took it back I bought one since it seemed like a handy tool to have in case. I didnt know they had two diffrent kinds
