This is one of my teams. I think I did ok. Could have been better, but having the 9th pick sucks.....I hate having all those spots between picks.....

yep.....I am going to be playing against a bunch of people I dont know and wont be able to talk trash to because they are just screennames not people to me....

Its a bunch of my college buddies and we've been playing for the past 5 or 6 years. Let me know if you're interested. We haven't drafted yet.

here's my autodrafted team:

starters:

qb: aaron rogers
wr: roddy white
wr: dwane bowe
wr: brandon marshall
rb: ladanian tomlinson
rb: frank gore
te: zach miller
k: kris brown
def: baltimore

bench:

wr: torry holt
qb: matt cassel
wr: deione branch
te: vernon davis
def: miami

i think it's a b-/c+ draft. bowe and marshall worry me this season. bowe because:

1. cassell is throwing to him. dunno how that will pan out or if it does.
2. kc has swiss cheese for an oline. that favors a qb that can run for his life = thigpen.
3. they JUST switched offensive coords. with a new qb = it'll take some time to get stuff down.

brandon marshall because he's self destructive right now. dunno if he'll get himself benched or just underperform to get out of denver.

BUT, if my wr problem works itself out, i think my team has the chance to be REALLY deadly. especially with rodgers, lt, gore, and the balt. def. that's pretty f'n sick if you ask me. :)

p.s.

those players were picked with the 8th overall spot. :D

Pretty damn good for auto draft. How many teams in your league? My league with the auto draft is this Sunday, hoping for some decent picks.

I think Marshall is done for the season. I think he will end up getting suspended by the team and his teammates have no respect or desire for his antics. Childish! Cassell may be hurt more seriously then KC let on and you are correct with the new O Coordinator.

there are 10 teams in my league. with the 8th overall autodraft picks, it didn't come out too badly.

it was a live draft, but i forgot about it. my cousin reminded me and told me to check my team. at first glance i was blown away (mostly seeing my rb's, def, and rodgers)... but after digesting the draft some more, i realized there's some flaws on my team.

nfl network just hinted that marshall could be traded to the jets. hmmmm... another place with a first year qb, if they start sanchez.

i'm hoping lt can score 20+ td's this season, gore around 13-16, and the rodgers to throw for ~2 a game . :laugh: if that's the case, my wr deficiencies may be covered up by the play of the rest of my team. :)

edit:

forgot to add, my bench rb is jonothan stewart of carolina.

My league for this Sunday's draft has 10 teams, also.

Who are you hoping for 20 TDs? And DeAngelo Williams might eat into Stewart's playing time in Carolina.
