NICE..my first Stang for a 96 Mystic! It was a crazy head turner. I have tons of different color pics if wanted man. Check the front and rear bumper for clear coat damage. -Shane

Clearcoat? Gotcha. I wanted to wait for the results to come out but I dont want something this clean to go by. I think 11,500 would be a pretty good deal. Completely stock 47k mystic? Awesome.

I bought mine for 12 even and it was in "OK" shape. Not enough to keep it forever or I would have. I wanted to have a Mystic and Mystichrome but it didnt work out that way as I went with a CO Cobra. I have some amazing shots that I will post up when I get home and off this GOV puter. -Shane

I know he babied the Cobra. But can't tell you in what condition it is in, but I will not be surprised if it immaculate.

Guys im looking for some sound advice here, outside my family. And I know alot of you have your heads on straight so here it goes. I have posted a couple times that I am shopping for a new car. Definately going to be a nice mustang. My intention was to wait until the promotion results came out then decide based upon my new budget. Here is my options:

1. Get promoted and have alot more money to spend monthly. On both options I could put up to 7 grand down on the car if I need to. I have almost no credit, just 2 small credit cards I only used once each, so I think financing will be a problem through usaa. With this option I was going to buy a termy. Bang for the buck right out of the box. Perfect styling stock. And one of my dream cars. BUT, can I afford it, especially when I leave the military in august 2011 and go to college and will be strained for cash. Of course the Cobra wont lose much value and I could sell it but that would break my heart.

2: Promoted or not, Buy a nice 96-98 Cobra. This is another good year with a really solid platform. A step down from a termy, but not a bad second mustang to own. about 9,000 dollars cheaper for a nice one like this. Wont be strained financially but will have to spend alot more money to get it where I want performance wise.

I think thats about it. Let me hear your opinion on it. Like I said im looking at this cobra tommorow and am seriously considering going ahead and buying it. So should I wait for my dream termy or buy a super nice, rare mystic cobra?

Hey Jonathan,
I hope that you do in fact that you get promoted! (seriously)...but if you don't and you still want the Mystic, just drop me a line, wife and I talked about it, and sorta decided to wait and see what happens with you.
Thanks for the props on how the car looks,............Chris
